This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Reelora service (“we”, “the service”) processes, for what purposes, and what rights you have. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What data we collect

Account: email and password (the password is stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see it in plain text).
Content you create or upload: texts, images, videos, audio, and generated materials within your projects.
Payment data: the fact of top-ups and their amounts. Card/wallet details are processed by the payment provider — we never store them.
Technical data: IP address, time and type of requests — for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

2. How we use data

running the service itself (generation, editing, saving projects);
tracking your token balance and processing top-ups;
sending service emails (email confirmation, password resets);
protecting the service against abuse, fraud, and overload;
complying with our legal obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of: contract performance (providing the service), our legitimate interest (service security), and your consent (where applicable). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To run the service, we engage third-party providers who process some data on our behalf:

Generation runs on external providers' infrastructure (including Google) and follows their usage policies. As a result, some requests (prompts) may fail to generate if they violate the respective provider's policy. Such refusals are beyond Reelora's control.

We do not sell your personal data.

image and video generation model providers;
transcription and language model providers;
speech synthesis provider (voiceover);
payment provider;
hosting and database provider;
transactional email delivery provider.

5. Storage and deletion

Account data is kept as long as your account exists. Projects and files may be automatically deleted once your plan's storage period ends. You can delete your projects yourself or request account deletion — afterwards, related data will be removed, except what we are legally required to retain (e.g., payment records).

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us (see the “Contacts” section).

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures: password hashing (Argon2id), server-side sessions with a limited lifetime, data transmission over HTTPS, rate limiting, and isolation of data between users. No transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
