Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Reelora service. By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The Service

Reelora is a web service for generating videos and images with AI, plus a built-in video editor (transcription, subtitles, voiceover, editing). We may change, add, or discontinue individual features, aiming to give advance notice of major changes.

2. Your Account

• You must be of legal age or have permission from your legal representative.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account.
• The information you provide at registration must be accurate; you need to verify your email address.

3. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the service to create illegal content or material that infringes third-party rights; deepfakes without the consent of the people depicted; disinformation, fraud, spam; or attempts to hack, overload, or circumvent service restrictions. We may restrict or block access in case of violations.

4. Tokens, Payments & Refunds

Generation features are billed in internal tokens. Tokens are purchased via top-ups (a minimum amount applies) and deducted per action according to the current pricing. Spent tokens (used for generation) are non-refundable. Unused balances may be refunded at the service's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Your Content and Rights

You retain all rights to the materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store them solely for providing the service. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the uploaded content.

6. Generated Content

<div class="callout">AI-generated results may be inaccurate, resemble existing works, or be unsuitable for specific purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying and lawfully using generated materials. The service does not guarantee the uniqueness or fitness of the result.</div>

Generation runs on external providers' infrastructure (including Google) and follows their usage policies. As a result, some requests (prompts) may fail to generate if they violate the respective provider's policy. Such refusals are beyond Reelora's control.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, abuse, or as required by law. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 3 months.
