1. Description of the Service

Reelora is an AI video processing service that provides the following functions: creating videos from slides, overlaying subtitles, audio/video transcription, AI dubbing, text-to-speech (TTS), and pause removal. The service is available via the Telegram bot @reelora_ai_bot and REST API.

2. Terms of Use

By using the service, you confirm that:

• You are 13 years of age or older
• You have the right to use the content you upload (copyrights, licenses)
• You will not use the service for illegal purposes
• You will not attempt to hack, overload, or bypass the service restrictions

3. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to process or create content that:

• Violates copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains materials of sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Is disinformation or a deepfake designed to mislead
• Violates the applicable laws of Ukraine or international law

We reserve the right to block an account without prior notice for violating these rules.

4. Plans and Payment

The Free plan is provided free of charge with no time limits. Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Pro+) are paid monthly via Telegram Stars or available payment methods.

• Limits reset monthly on the day of subscription activation
• Unused limits do not carry over to the next month
• Refunds are considered individually within 7 days from the moment of payment
• Prices are subject to change — we will notify you of changes in advance

5. API

Use of the REST API is subject to the same terms. Additionally:

• The API key is personal — do not transfer it to third parties
• Limit: 30 requests per minute. Exceeding this leads to a temporary block
• Commercial use of the API is allowed within the terms of the selected plan
• We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect use of the API

6. Service Availability

We strive for maximum service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Technical work, updates, or unforeseen disruptions may temporarily limit access. In such cases, limits are not deducted.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content remains yours. We do not claim ownership rights to the materials you upload or receive as a result of processing.

The Reelora service (code, design, brand) is the property of the Reelora team and is protected by copyright. Copying or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Indirect damage or lost profits
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Actions of third parties (AI providers, Telegram, etc.)
• Content created or processed through the service

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the bot or on the website at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means agreement with the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if impossible — in court at the location of the service.
