💳 Pricing & Payment
Is there a free plan?

Yes, there is a Free plan — and it is free forever. It is designed mainly to get to know the service: all features are available, but with small monthly limits. No registration is required — just open @reelora_ai_bot.

What happens if limits run out before the renewal date?

Limits reset every month on the day the subscription was activated. For example, if you paid on the 20th — the next renewal will be on the 20th of the following month. If limits run out earlier, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the reset. Unused remaining limits do not carry over.

Are there custom plans, for example, just for subtitles?

Yes, we are ready to discuss custom terms. Contact the administrator via the contact form or directly in the bot — and we will find the optimal option.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the bot: Settings → 💳 Subscription → Cancel. Access to paid features remains until the end of the already paid month.

📁 Files & Limits
What are the maximum file sizes that can be uploaded?

Reelora is created for fast content, so files up to 5 minutes and up to 200 MB work best. Official limits depend on the plan: Free — 50 MB, Standard — 100 MB, Pro — 250 MB, Pro+ — 500 MB.

Where are my files stored?

Your privacy is our priority. Files sent through the bot are deleted immediately after processing: you upload a photo → the video is created and delivered to you in the bot → all source files are instantly deleted from the servers. No one has access to them.

If you use the API — ready-made files are stored in a secure Cloudflare R2 cloud storage for 48 hours so you have time to download them. After that, they are also automatically deleted.

🎙️ Voices & Voiceovers
Can I use my own voice, for example from ElevenLabs?

Yes! On the Pro plan and higher, ElevenLabs voices are available. Via the API, you can specify a specific voice ID in the task parameters. If you want your favorite voice added — contact the administrator, and we will add it to your account.

What languages are supported for voiceovers?

Decades of languages are supported through various providers: Google TTS, Gemini, Azure, Edge TTS, HuggingFace, and ElevenLabs. Among them are Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and others. The full list of voices is in the API documentation.

Can I work with Reelora via API?

Yes, there is a fully functional REST API. It is available on all plans, including Free. The same capabilities as in the bot — via HTTP requests. Detailed documentation: reelora.cc/en/api.

How long is an API key valid?

The API key has no expiration date — it remains valid indefinitely until you revoke it. You can get a key with the /apikey command in the bot, and revoke it with /revokekey. The key is shown only once upon issuance.

How many requests can be made via API?

The rate limiting limit is 30 requests per minute. Monthly processing limits are the same as in the corresponding plan — they are shared between the bot and the API.

Is there a watermark on the video?

On the Free plan, a small Reelora logo is added to the corner of the video. On all paid plans (Standard, Pro, Pro+), there is no watermark.

What video formats are supported on output?

All videos are generated in MP4 format. You can choose the aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical / Reels), 16:9 (horizontal), 1:1 (square), or original (preserves the proportions of the source file).
