Reelora is an AI service for video processing that operates via the Telegram bot @reelora_ai_bot and REST API. The website is located at reelora.cc.

We collect only what is necessary for the service to function:
We do not collect: email, phone number, geolocation, advertising cookies, or data about behavior on third-party sites.
Files you send for processing are processed in real-time and deleted immediately after the task is completed. We do not store your content.
The only exception is files via API: ready results are stored in secure Cloudflare R2 storage for 48 hours for downloading, after which they are automatically deleted.
No one from the Reelora team has access to your content — neither photos, videos, nor audio. Files are processed automatically and are not reviewed by humans.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
For media processing, we use external AI providers (Google, Microsoft Azure, ElevenLabs, etc.). Files are transferred solely for processing and are not stored by these providers longer than necessary to complete the request.
Storage of result files: Cloudflare R2 (USA/EU) with encryption at-rest.

We use data encryption during transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and storage. API keys are stored as hashes — it is impossible to recover the original key.
The service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If you become aware that the service is being used by a younger child — please contact us to delete the data.
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes in the bot or on the website. The date of the last update is always indicated at the top.
